Mediterranean Salmon Dish
  1. Start by preheating your oven to 400 F

  2. In a baking dish, add a drizzle of olive oil then add your salmon filets

  3. Season with garlic powder, 1tsp oregano and salt and pepper

  4. Finish with a lemon slice and place in the oven for 12 - 15 minutes. broil for 1 - 2 if desired

  5. Chop all veggies and add to a medium sized bowl

  6. Add 1tbs olive oil, ½tsp oregano, salt, pepper and basil. then add in feta. mix well.

  7. Once salmon is done, add Mediterranean mix on top and serve with rice if desired
