Peel and slice the peaches
Add the peaches to the melted butter
Add the brown sugar, white sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla
Scoop a tablespoon of the filling into wonton wrappers
Fold the sides and crimp with a fork to seal
Freeze the filled wrappers for 5 minutes
Deep fry the filled wrappers for 60 seconds
Remove and coat in cinnamon sugar
