Add all ingredients to a large pitcher or glass measuring cup.
Juice strawberries and add pulp to the liquid mixture.
Let chill for 30 minutes.
Pour liquid contents through a strainer into a pitcher or another large mason glass.
Eat strawberry pulp as a snack.
Store in the fridge for up to 5 days.
Drink 12-16oz one hour before a ride or immediately after a ride.
