Super Strawberry Cherry Sports Drink
  1. Add all ingredients to a large pitcher or glass measuring cup.

  2. Juice strawberries and add pulp to the liquid mixture.

  3. Let chill for 30 minutes.

  4. Pour liquid contents through a strainer into a pitcher or another large mason glass.

  5. Eat strawberry pulp as a snack.

  6. Store in the fridge for up to 5 days.

  7. Drink 12-16oz one hour before a ride or immediately after a ride.
