Chocolate Chess Pie
  1. Preheat oven to 325*F degrees.

  2. Combine sugar, cocoa, flour, and salt.

  3. Blend in milk.

  4. Beat in eggs 1 at a time.

  5. Add butter and vanilla, beat until smooth.

  6. Pour into pre-baked pie shell.

  7. Bake in 325* oven for 55-60 minutes.

  8. Cool the pie completely before topping with whipped cream.

  9. To make whipped cream, dump all ingredients into a mixer and beat.

  10. Spread the whipped cream across the top of the pie.

  11. Pipe 'rosettes' around the outside ring of the pie.

  12. Drizzle the top with chocolate syrup.
