Pumpkin Cinnamon Roll Coffee Cake

½ cup butter, melted

2 eggs

1 cup sugar

3 cups all-purpose flour

4 tsp baking powder

½ tsp salt

2 tsp pumpkin pie spice

1 cup milk

1 cup pumpkin purée

2 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup butter, melted

1 cup brown sugar

2 Tbsp flour

1 Tbsp cinnamon

1½ cups powdered sugar

3 Tbsp milk, plus more as needed

1 tsp vanilla

Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9x13-inch pan.
Mix melted butter and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla and mix until combined. Stir in flour, baking powder, salt, milk, and pumpkin until smooth. Pour into the pan.
Mix the topping ingredients together and spoon over the batter. Swirl with a knife.
Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Whisk together the glaze ingredients and drizzle over the warm cake. Serve warm or at room temperature.
