Healthy One Pot Skillet Lasagan
  1. In a large skillet add extra virgin olive oil over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for one minute.

  2. Add lean ground beef, salt, pepper, dried oregano, and dried onion flakes. Cook until meat has browned and is cooked through.

  3. Pour tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, chicken broth or water, and pasta noodles, and stir until well combined.

  4. Cover with a lid and bring to a boil. Once it has been brought to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 14-15 minutes or until noodles are tender and cooked through.

  5. Remove from heat and stir in fat free cottage cheese, and sprinkle part skim mozzarella cheese over top.

  6. Cover for 1-2 minutes or until shredded cheese is melted. Sprinkle with fresh chopped basil if desired. Enjoy!
