Cottage Cheese Protein Donuts With Vanilla Glaze
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

  3. Stir in oat flour, protein powder, baking powder, and salt until fully combined.

  4. Grease a donut pan and spoon batter evenly into 6 molds.

  5. Bake 14–16 minutes, until set and golden.

  6. Let donuts cool slightly.

  7. Whisk powdered sweetener, vanilla, and milk until smooth.

  8. Adjust glaze thickness as needed.

  9. Dip cooled donuts into the glaze and let set for a few minutes.

  10. Serve and enjoy.
