  6. Stir in grated coconut and mix well

  7. Add kokum (or tamarind paste/lemon juice) for tanginess

  8. Place fish fillets in the curry

  9. Cook until fish is done, approximately 8-10 minutes

  10. Season with salt to taste

  11. Serve hot
