Restaurant Style Queso Blanco
  1. Cut the cheese into small pieces.

  2. Add all the ingredients to a medium pot or saucepan and simmer over medium low heat.

  3. Stir occasionally until cheese is melted.

  4. Keep a little extra half & half handy in case the queso is too thick.

  5. Serve hot.

  6. Keep leftovers in the fridge and reheat as needed.
