Step 1 - In a large bowl, add the chicken wings. Add the salt, black pepper, garlic granules, turmeric, onion granules, cayenne pepper, and paprika. Coat well. Add corn flour and baking powder and mix well again.
Step 2 - Set air fryer to 190c for 20 minutes. Spray the tray with a little oil. Place chicken wings in a single layer. Spray with a little oil. Turn wings halfway through cooking. Check if wings are cooked through.
Step 3 - In a pan on low heat, add butter and olive oil. Add chillies and garlic, sauté until fragrant. Add chilli lemon seasoning, smoked paprika, lemon juice, honey, and corn flour slurry. Stir and simmer until thickened.
Step 4 - Add chicken wings to the pan, coat well in the sauce, top with fresh parsley, and serve.
