Prepare Pesto sauce: In a grinding machine, add fresh basil leaves, garlic, almonds, green chilli, pink salt, lemon juice, olive oil, blend well & set aside.
Prepare Creamy Pesto Pasta: In a wok, add cooking oil, chicken & mix well until it changes color.
Add black pepper powder, paprika powder, pink salt, lemon juice, mix well & cook on medium flame for 4-5 minutes then cook on high flame until it dries up & set aside.
In the same wok, add onion, garlic & sauté for a minute.
Add sundried tomatoes & mix well.
Add stock, black pepper crushed, red chilli crushed, pink salt, prepared pesto sauce & mix well.
Turn off the flame, add cream & mix well.
Turn on the flame & cook on low flame for 1-2 minutes.
Add pasta, cooked chicken & give it a good mix.
Garnish with fresh basil leaves & serve!
