Add the Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon zest, garlic, dried oregano, salt and pepper to a bowl and whisk together
Add the chicken and massage in the marinade
Place in a zip lock bag and refrigerate overnight
Drizzle a little olive oil onto a baking sheet
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit
Place the chicken on the tray and drizzle with more olive oil
Bake for about 15 minutes
Allow the chicken to rest for 5 minutes
Serve with a drizzle of fresh lemon juice, fresh oregano and a crisp Greek salad with pita bread
