Easy Protein Pumpkin Bread
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.

  2. In a big bowl, whisk together the flour, protein powder, baking soda, baking powder, pumpkin pie spice, and salt.

  3. In another bowl, mix the pumpkin puree, sugars, oil, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.

  4. Slowly add the dry mix to the wet mix, stirring just until combined.

  5. Pour the batter into your prepped pan and smooth the top with a spatula. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.

  6. Let the loaf cool in the pan for about 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack.
