Gluten-free Chicken Parm Casserole
  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees and lightly grase a 9x13 baking dish. Mix the Italian seasoning, basil, and salt in a small bowl.

  2. In a large bowl or the casserole dish, mix the dry pasta, water, and seasonings until well combined.

  3. Cover the baking dish tightly with foil and bake for 30 minutes.

  4. Remove the dish form the oven and stir the pasta mixture, adding more sauce if it's too dry.

  5. Top the pasta mixture with chicken strips, mozzarella cheese, breadcrumbs, and parmesan cheese, in that order.

  6. Bake uncovered for 12 to 15 minutes until the cheese is melty and the breadcrumbs are golden.
