Use your fingers or a brush to coat the entire inside of each mold with a little oil.
Crack 1 egg into each silicone cup and place them onto the trivet.
Pour exactly 1 Cup of water into your Instant Pot, lower the trivet into the pot and seal the lid.
For EXTRA LARGE EGGS: Choose High Pressure / Manual and set for 3 minutes. As soon as the timer is up, immediately switch the knob to venting. When the pin drops, open the lid and carefully lift out the trivet.
For LARGE EGGS: Choose High Pressure / Manual and set for 2 minutes. When the timer is up, wait 30 seconds and switch the knob to venting. When the pin drops, open the lid and carefully lift out the trivet.
Use a large spoon to help remove the eggs from the mold.
Place on top of a piece of toast, sprinkle on some salt & pepper and add a dab of butter on top.
