Soak your beans in plenty of water for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Drain the water, rinse & dump in the instant pot with bone broth.
Add your spices & cover, setting the pot to pressure cook for 40 minutes.
When the time is up, don’t open the pressure valve - just let it sit until it slowly releases pressure on its own.
Open, add salt & pepper to taste and serve or store in the fridge.
