  1. Mix flour, water, oil, and salt until dough comes together and is smooth but not sticky

  2. Sauté the chopped onion in oil or ghee until soft

  3. Add ground beef and cook until browned

  4. Season with seven spices, cinnamon, pepper, and salt

  5. Stir in cilantro and mix well, then set aside to cool

  6. Whisk together yogurt, water or broth, cornstarch, and salt in a bowl

  7. Place yogurt mixture over medium heat, stirring constantly in one direction until thickened and bubbling gently

  8. Heat ghee in a small pan and sauté minced garlic and cilantro until fragrant

  9. Toast pine nuts in ghee in a separate pan until golden
