  1. In a pot add all these ingredients on medium high heat.

  2. Stir constantly, as your stirring you'll notice the cream will get thick.

  3. Once it starts to boil keep stirring for up to a minute then remove from the heat and pour it into a bowl.

  4. Cover with plastic wrap make sure the plastic rap is actually touching the cream. This is so you don't get any filmy foamy top place it in the fridge for about two hours then you can either for simple syrup and pistachios on or for most fillings in Arabic desserts such as atayef, baklava, Kunafa, phyllo dough desserts.
