To make cream of anything: Over low heat add 1 cup milk or water and ⅓ cup of dry mix, whisk until your mixture is smooth and thickened.
To make cream of broccoli: add ½ cup finely chopped broccoli
To make cream of cheddar: add ½ cup cheddar cheese
To make cream of chicken: add ½ cup finely chopped cooked chicken breast
To make cream of mushroom: add ½ cup finely chopped mushrooms
To make cream of celery: add ½ cup finely diced celery
