Hasselback Tofu With Spicy Hot Sesame Oil
  1. Pat dry your tofu to remove excess moisture.

  2. Slice into about 4 to 5 slices.

  3. Lay each piece of tofu flat between 2 chopsticks.

  4. Cut across as close as possible, using the chopsticks to keep you from cutting all the way.

  5. Add the tofu to your air fryer, sprinkle with a bit of salt and spray it brush with a little oil.

  6. Air fry at 400° F for about 8-10 minutes, until the tofu turns golden.

  7. While the tofu is cooking, cook the noodles and slice the avocado.

  8. In a small bowl, add the green onions, garlic, ginger and pepper flakes.

  9. Carefully heat the sesame oil in the stove in a small pan over medium flame.

  10. Pour the hot oil over the onion mixture.

  11. Add coconut aminos, tamari and vinegar. Stir.

  12. To plate, add the avocado, noodles & tofu to a bowl, top with sauce.

  13. Top with sesame seeds.
