Creamy Garlicky Mushrooms
  1. Rinse mushrooms and dry them well using a cloth napkin

  2. Mince garlic and dice onion

  3. Use a thick bottom skillet pan

  4. Add butter without burning it, then add garlic and onions and cook for about 1 minute without burning

  5. Turn up the heat and add in the mushrooms

  6. Season with salt

  7. Continuously stir and lower the heat if needed, but do not burn the mushrooms, onions or garlic

  8. After about 2-3 minutes add in the heavy whipping cream and milk

  9. Add the cayenne and paprika and cook for about 2 minutes while the sauce thickens

  10. Once you have the desired thickness of the sauce, remove from the heat

  11. Sprinkle parsley and chili flakes and serve immediately
