  1. In a large bowl, combine whole wheat flour, all-purpose flour, salt, cumin, yeast, and black pepper.

  2. Add water and mix until a dough is formed.

  3. Knead the dough for a few minutes until smooth.

  4. Cover and let it rise for about 1 hour.

  5. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  6. Punch down the dough and flatten it into a rectangle.

  7. Sprinkle cheese and green chilis over the dough.

  8. Roll up the dough tightly and place it on a baking sheet.

  9. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.

  10. Let it cool before slicing and serving.
