Cut the onion into thin slices. Cut small potato into very small pieces or grated it.
Add sliced onion, potatoes into a bowl. Add besan, rice flour and all spices, oil, cilantro leaves to it and mix it well. Add water slowly to form batter. Don't make it too runny. If you happen to add extra water, just add some more rice flour
Add baking soda at the end and mix it well.
Preheat the airfryer at 370F for 3-4 mins.
Spray some oil on the airfryer tray and add small to medium size pakora with some space in between.Airfry at 370 F for 5 mins and flip it. Spraying oil makes sure it will not stuck to airfryer basket. You can also use parchment paper if you don't want to use any oil
Brush or spray some oil on top of pakoras and airfry again for 4-5 mins.
You can avoid brushing but its recommended as it doesn't become too dry with little bit oil.
Serve with green chutney
