Layered Fruit Salad
  1. Layer the strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, pineapple, and mango in a clear glass bowl or canister.

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the orange juice, honey, and lemon juice.

  3. Pour the dressing over the fruit, making sure to coat all the layers.

  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or up to 24 hours.

  5. When ready to serve, invert the bowl or canister onto a serving plate.
