Stuffed Heirloom Tomatoes With Sausage And Burrata
  1. Preheat oven to 450 and line a baking tray with parchment paper.

  2. Scoop out center of tomatoes, and fill with your cooked sausage. Top with burrata.

  3. In a small bowl, combine bread crumbs and Parmesan. Coat with a little olive oil to wet the crumbs.

  4. Top tomatoes with the bread crumb mixture and bake for 10-15 minutes (cook time depends on how soft you want your tomatoes).
