Start by preparing a pot of water and bring that to a boil.
Cut up the chicken thighs, season with Momofuku Toasted Sesame Oil and Momofuku Soy Sauce, then cook in the microwave for 7-8 minutes.
Blend two Sweet & Spicy Noodle sauce packets with garlic, chicken bouillon, gochujang, gochugaru, sesame seeds, Momofuku Toasted Sesame Oil, Momofuku Soy Sauce, and agave.
Cook the blended sauce mixture with neutral oil in a pan.
Add the partly cooked chicken to the pan and let it finish cooking for 5-7 minutes.
Cook Momofuku Sweet & Spicy Noodles in boiling water for about 4 minutes.
Slice and add scallion to the chicken and sauce.
Add the cooked noodles to the pan and mix until evenly coated with sauce.
Serve with a drizzle of Momofuku Toasted Sesame Oil and Momofuku Chili Crunch. Optional: add cheese on top.
