Dave's "buldak" Noodles
  1. Start by preparing a pot of water and bring that to a boil.

  2. Cut up the chicken thighs, season with Momofuku Toasted Sesame Oil and Momofuku Soy Sauce, then cook in the microwave for 7-8 minutes.

  3. Blend two Sweet & Spicy Noodle sauce packets with garlic, chicken bouillon, gochujang, gochugaru, sesame seeds, Momofuku Toasted Sesame Oil, Momofuku Soy Sauce, and agave.

  4. Cook the blended sauce mixture with neutral oil in a pan.

  5. Add the partly cooked chicken to the pan and let it finish cooking for 5-7 minutes.

  6. Cook Momofuku Sweet & Spicy Noodles in boiling water for about 4 minutes.

  7. Slice and add scallion to the chicken and sauce.

  8. Add the cooked noodles to the pan and mix until evenly coated with sauce.

  9. Serve with a drizzle of Momofuku Toasted Sesame Oil and Momofuku Chili Crunch. Optional: add cheese on top.
