Start by frying the aromatics in ⅔ of the sesame oil over high heat in a wok or large frying pan.
After 1-2 minutes, add in the chicken, cooking until starting to brown.
Sprinkle in sugar followed by rice wine and soy sauce.
Stir and simmer until sauce is as glazy or saucy as you'd like.
Serve over rice, noodles, or whatever you'd like!
