Kofta With Potatoes And Tomato Sauce
  1. Slice the potatoes into medium rounds

  2. Grate or finely chop the onion, then squeeze out the juice

  3. In a bowl, mix the minced beef with onion, parsley, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, and paprika. Knead well

  4. Shape into meatballs or kofta-style pieces

  5. Grease a baking tray with butter. Randomly arrange the potatoes and kofta inside

  6. In a pan, sauté garlic in a little oil, then add tomato juice, water, paprika, basil, stock cube, and black pepper. Stir until combined

  7. Pour the sauce over the tray, cover with foil, and bake at 180°C until cooked

  8. Uncover and switch on the broiler (grill) at the end to brown the top
