Slice the potatoes into medium rounds
Grate or finely chop the onion, then squeeze out the juice
In a bowl, mix the minced beef with onion, parsley, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, and paprika. Knead well
Shape into meatballs or kofta-style pieces
Grease a baking tray with butter. Randomly arrange the potatoes and kofta inside
In a pan, sauté garlic in a little oil, then add tomato juice, water, paprika, basil, stock cube, and black pepper. Stir until combined
Pour the sauce over the tray, cover with foil, and bake at 180°C until cooked
Uncover and switch on the broiler (grill) at the end to brown the top
