Jeow Som (laotian Dipping Sauce)
  1. Using a food processor, add shallots, garlic, chilli, coriander, brown sugar & salt, and let this blend for 10-20 seconds.

  2. In a large bowl, combine all your ingredients and add the fish sauce. Let this set aside for 20 minutes, allowing all the flavours to mix nicely.

  3. Store in the fridge for 2-3 weeks, top it up with extra fish sauce as needed.
