Teriyaki Beef And Broccoli
  1. Cook rice according to package directions.

  2. For the yum yum sauce, combine ½ cup greek yogurt, 2 Tbsp sriracha, a splash of apple cider vinegar, 1 tsp honey, salt, and pepper.

  3. Dice ½ an onion and mince 2-3 cloves of garlic and about 2 tablespoons of fresh ginger.

  4. Break apart broccoli (about 2 cups) and season with olive oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Set aside.

  5. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium to high heat. Once heated, add broccoli and saute for about 7 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

  6. Add another splash of olive oil and the diced onion. Season with salt and pepper and saute until fragrant (about 3-4 minutes).

  7. Add ground beef and chop with a wooden spatula. Let it cook until almost fully cooked through. Drain the fat and add minced garlic and ginger into a well in the center. Let it sit for 2-3 minutes then stir into ground beef.

  8. Pour in ½ cup of teriyaki sauce and add the broccoli back in. Stir until combined.

  9. Serve beef and broccoli over rice and top with sesame seeds, green onion, yum yum sauce, and red pepper flakes.
