Using the back of your knife, slightly flatten the pork chop on both sides. Cut slits along the fat - this will prevent the pork chops from curling up when air frying
Marinate the pork chops with garlic, lemongrass, fish sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, chili flakes (optional) for at least 1 hour, or overnight
Air fry the pork chops at 400F for 12-16 minutes, flipping halfway through or until the internal temperature reaches 140F
In the meantime, make the sauce. In a bowl, add chopped green onion and salt on top. Heat up 6 tbsp of oil until smoking, drizzle over the green onion and salt. Mix well.
