Mediterranean Ground Beef Pita Wraps With Garlic Yogurt Sauce
  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add onion and sauté until soft, about 3–4 minutes.

  2. Add garlic, cumin, coriander, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper; cook 1 minute until fragrant.

  3. Add ground beef and cook until browned and cooked through, breaking up large pieces, about 6–8 minutes. Drain excess fat if necessary.

  4. In a small bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Set aside.

  5. Heat pita breads in a dry skillet or oven for 1–2 minutes until warm and pliable.

  6. Spread a spoonful of garlic yogurt sauce on each pita.

  7. Top with cooked ground beef, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, feta, and fresh herbs.

  8. Fold or roll the pita to enclose the filling.
