  1. Sauté in a pan butter, garlic and blue cheese

  2. Add 35% cream and other cheese

  3. In a separate pot boil gnocchi for 3-4 minutes until floating and tender

  4. Add gnocchi and reduce until thickened

  5. Serve immediately
