Whipped Goat Cheese
  1. Add goat cheese, cream cheese, olive oil, garlic, and salt to a food processor and pulse until smooth and creamy. Add more olive oil if needed.

  2. Spoon into serving dish. (9 inch round pie dish or similar size.)

  3. Top with chopped sun-dried tomatoes, Kalamata olives, basil, and oregano. Drizzle 1 Tablespoon olive oil over the top

  4. Serve with bread or crackers for dipping.

  5. Store covered in the fridge. Bring to room temp before serving.
