Let rest 45 minutes.
Performed 3 stretch and folds and bulk fermented 4 hours.
Removed dough and shaped in a log.
Spritz with water and rolled the top of loaf in the remaining seeds.
Placed in Parchment paper lined bread pan.
Preheated oven to 375, baked loaf for 45 minutes.
