Dave's Killer Bread, Sourdough Style
  1. Mixed everything in my Kitchen Aid for 10 minutes.

  2. Let rest 45 minutes.

  3. Performed 3 stretch and folds and bulk fermented 4 hours.

  4. Removed dough and shaped in a log.

  5. Spritz with water and rolled the top of loaf in the remaining seeds.

  6. Placed in Parchment paper lined bread pan.

  7. Preheated oven to 375, baked loaf for 45 minutes.
