Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Cut off ends of zucchini and slice them in halves.
Optional, but recommended: with a spoon scoop out a little of the zucchini insides (you can throw them out or stir fry them separately).
Layer in tomatoes, cheese, pepperoni, and seasonings into your halves.
Bake for 10 minutes, then broil for 2 minutes.
