Lemon Poppy Seed Chia Pudding
  1. Whisk yogurt, almond milk, vanilla, honey, lemon juice and zest until smooth.

  2. Whisk in the chia seeds and poppy seeds.

  3. Place in the fridge for at least 4 hours to overnight.

  4. Whisk again after about 10 minutes in the fridge to avoid clumping.

  5. Serve with a dollop of Greek yogurt to top and sprinkle with poppy seeds and lemon zest.
