Whisk yogurt, almond milk, vanilla, honey, lemon juice and zest until smooth.
Whisk in the chia seeds and poppy seeds.
Place in the fridge for at least 4 hours to overnight.
Whisk again after about 10 minutes in the fridge to avoid clumping.
Serve with a dollop of Greek yogurt to top and sprinkle with poppy seeds and lemon zest.
