Muesli Mix DIY
  1. Combine 140g rolled oats, 60g mixed nuts, 50g pumpkin seeds, 45g dessicated coconut, 45g raisins, 20g flax seeds, and 20g chia seeds in a jar or airtight container

  2. To make a serving, combine ½ cup muesli mix with ½ cup milk of choice

  3. Add ½ grated apple or mashed banana

  4. Stir in ¼ cup greek or plain yogurt

  5. Let it soak for at least 15 minutes before eating or leave it overnight in the fridge

  6. Keep the rest of the mix in a jar or airtight container
