To create the cookie dough, in a mixing bowl combine ½ cup almond flour, peanut butter, vanilla protein, 2 tbsp maple syrup, 2 tbsp coconut oil and chocolate chips.
Press into a mini silicone mould tray.
To create the brownie, in a mixing bowl combine ½ cup almond flour, chocolate protein, cacao powder, 2 tbsp maple syrup and 2 tbsp coconut oil.
Press a teaspoon of mixture into the silicone moulds with the cookie dough.
Pour melted dark chocolate over the top.
Set in freezer for 30 minutes.
