Easy Asian veggie, rice & egg bowl

    Sauce:

  1. Combine ground up fresh ginger and garlic (or use minced garlic), brown sugar, soy sauce, sriracha, peanut butter and add the boiling water to help it mix together

  2. Add rice to a bowl

  3. Dice veggies and add them on top of rice

  4. Add avocado

  5. Drizzle sauce and mix together

  6. Cook egg (sunshine) and add any seasoning (salt, pepper, etc); add on top

  7. Add sesame seeds
