2 eggs beaten
⅔ c. oil or equal butter
2 t. vanilla
¾ c. sugar
2 ¼ c flour
2 t. baking powder
½ t. salt
Bake at 400 degrees for 7-10 minutes
Mix well, roll into balls, and put onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Put a little margarine on the bottom of the glass and then dip it in sugar. Flatten the cookies using the bottom of the glass. Dip gloss in sugar for each cookie. Take off the cookie sheet immediately.
Frosting: 2 ¾ c. powdered sugar
½ t. salt
1 egg
2 T water
¼ c granulated sugar
½ c margarine
2 t. vanilla
Boil water and sugar together for one minute. Add additional ingredients.
