  1. Bring water to a boil and cook the dangmyeon noodles until they are tender. Drain, rinse, and toss with sesame oil to prevent sticking.

  2. Add oil to your heated pan and start cooking the ingredients in the order of time it takes to cook: carrots, peppers, onions, spinach, and beef.

  3. Once all the ingredients are cooked, add the cooked noodles to the pan. Add all sauce ingredients directly to the pan. Gently mix to make sure the noodles and vegetables are coated thoroughly in the sauce.

  4. Add optional garnishes and serve.
