Arroz Con Leche Y Nata
  1. Soak rice in 2 cups water for 30 minutes. Drain.

  2. Combine 3 cups water, cinnamon stick and cloves in a large saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil and add rice. Simmer uncovered until most water has been absorbed and rice is tender but not dry; about 12 minutes.

  3. Add milk, sugar, nata and raisins, decrease heat to medium low. Stir slowly until mixture begins to simmer; about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool. Mixture will thicken. Serve and garnish with ground cinnamon.
