Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, mix the flour and cheese until combined.
Add the egg and stir it in, then stir in the ¼ cup (80 g) of honey.
Coat a baking dish with a little olive oil.
Pour the cheese mixture into the dish and smooth out the top.
Bake for 45 minutes to an hour, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out mostly clean.
Remove the cheesecake and immediately drizzle honey over it.
Sprinkle it with poppy seeds.
Cover the dish again and place it back in the oven for 10 minutes.
Take it out of the oven and set it on a wire rack to cool completely.
