The Ultimate Tuna Focaccia Melt
  1. Cut the focaccia breads in half widthways.

  2. Place the tuna in a bowl, add the soft cheese and season with salt and pepper.

  3. Divide the tuna between the bottom slices of bread and spread out evenly.

  4. Top with the sliced pickled onions and grated cheddar.

  5. Place the top on the focaccia breads, brush with melted butter and airfry at 190C for about 5 minutes, or until the top is crisp and the cheese has melted.

  6. Add rocket leaves, cut in half and serve with fries!
