  1. Pour the warm or room-temperature water into a glass.

  2. Add the apple cider vinegar and fresh lemon juice.

  3. Sprinkle in the ground cinnamon and add ginger if using.

  4. Stir very well for 20 to 30 seconds until the cinnamon is evenly mixed.

  5. Taste and add a few drops of stevia if you want a sweeter flavor.

  6. Sip before a meal and rinse your mouth with plain water afterward.
