High-protein Blue Cheese Dressing Wedge Salad
  1. Add the first 6 ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Mix in the chopped parsley and set aside.

  2. Peel the outer leaves of the iceberg lettuce, trim the stem and then cut each head into 4ths.

  3. Place the iceberg wedges onto a serving plate and dress with ½ the dressing.

  4. Top with cucumber, bacon, tomatoes and red onion.

  5. Grate eggs over salad and serve with remaining dressing on the side.
