The Best Sausage Rolls
  1. Roll your sheet of puff pastry into a 12x10 rectangle

  2. Cut the pastry in half

  3. Divide the sausage mixture evenly down the center of each rectangle

  4. Seal the rolls and place seam side down on a baking sheet

  5. Freeze for 20 minutes

  6. Brush with eggwash and sprinkle with Everything but the Bagel seasoning

  7. Bake at 400°F for 25 minutes
