Roll your sheet of puff pastry into a 12x10 rectangle
Cut the pastry in half
Divide the sausage mixture evenly down the center of each rectangle
Seal the rolls and place seam side down on a baking sheet
Freeze for 20 minutes
Brush with eggwash and sprinkle with Everything but the Bagel seasoning
Bake at 400°F for 25 minutes
