Prepare the puff pastry base

Chop parsley and combine with the cheese mixture
Spread the cheese mixture over the puff pastry
Crumble feta cheese and shred mozzarella over the mixture
Dice red onion and scatter over the top
Season with salt, black pepper, italian seasoning, and chili flakes
Mix Greek yogurt with 20g garlic and drizzle with olive oil
Bake until golden and serve
