Gluten-free Chicken Pot Pie
  1. Crust: Mix dry ingredients and then cut in the butter. Add eggs and water to form a dough. Chill 20–30 mins.

  2. Filling: Sauté veggies in oil or butter until soft and tender. Add seasoning, stir in chicken, broth & milk. Thicken with arrowroot and continue to simmer until creamy.

  3. Roll out the crust to fit desired pie pan. Fill the pan with the crust and then add the chicken filling. Top with additional dough and then add an egg wash.

  4. Bake 375°F for 30–35 mins until golden.
